Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to optimize operational expenditures.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, and Logistics to support business needs.
- Enforce company policies and safety standards to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Lead, train, and mentor operations staff to promote high performance and professional development.
- Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support change management initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in operations, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and operational management software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
