Job Summary
- Mainly responsible for the strict observance of operation controls, in
- accordance with the Bank’s standards, PLC’s operations manual, implementing guidelines,
- internal and regulatory policies and procedures and ensures alignment to business needs.
- Leads the implementation of standard processes and procedures in the PLC
- operations offices in the assigned area or region. Monitors compliance of PLC
- operations personnel and addresses issues or concerns that affect customer service
- delivery and satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related course
- Knowledge on lending center or loan operations.
- Knowledge on Loan documentations, banking
- services and other products.
- At least three years of banking experience, preferable in lending center or loan operations.
- At least three years of management experience
