Brief New role

Role: Operations CSR

Wages and conditions: Same as Marketing/Product

Skills: Strong Microsoft Suite Efficiency (Particularly: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint)

Communication skills, attention to detail, time management, self-motivation, data entry

IT set up: Same as Marketing/Product + PMS access - reduced access can be provided (i.e. not admin or can’t download files)

Refer A Friend Program

  • Checking Requests meet criteria
  • Loading approved requests into Finance Spreadsheet

Operational Policy & Procedure Enquires

  • Directing to Document Hub and linking relevant Guide / Cooee article

Closed Store Inbox Queries

  • Returning message bank calls
  • Sending prescriptions and patient data as requested

Debtors Reports

  • Downloading Outstanding Debtors reports in Excel format
  • Collating Data into Excel spreadsheet

Locums

  • Sending requirement emails to Agencies
  • Booking locums if they fit criteria provided
  • Updating Booking Spreadsheet – bookings and costs for labour management
  • Collation of invoices for approval by RMs
  • Corporate traveller access/usage for bookings

Optometrist setup

  • User setup on PMS
  • HICAPS / Defence Health preferred provider setup
  • DVA setup

Onboarding Set up (data entry for new onboarding stores)

  • Discount Codes set up
  • 3rd party Codes Lens set up
  • Updating New Account Numbers
  • Updating Contact Lens Pricing

Document Hub Management

  • Updating existing policies and procedures
  • Updating naming and filing /management of document hub

Stocktake management

  • Reporting on completion of tasks / Outstanding stores for stocktake tasks i.e. submission of dates, submission of reports

Manual reporting

  • Reports for Regional Sales Managers
