About the role
The Operations Associate will be responsible for the daily back-office tasks of products under Payments.
- Performs accurate daily reconciliation and settlement of assigned products.
- In charge of daily monitoring and processing of all tickets/concerns assigned to the Operations Team within the SLA.
- Monitors and manages business partner’s performance according to SLA; Immediate escalation of problems and other concerns to OPS Lead and external partners.
- Assist in steering process improvement and implementation that will drive the business forward and improve customer experience.
- Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams (CS, Complaints, Product, IT, Policy, Legal, Finance, etc.) and maintaining good business relationships with external partners to ensure timely resolution and delivery of excellent customer experience.
- Support the Operations Lead in daily operational requirements
- Perform all other support duties as may be required from time to time.
- Contribute to product innovation and improvement of operational processes
- Support new projects related to the overall improvement of Financial Services serving as a stakeholder for the FS project life cycle
Must haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or other related courses
- Candidates with relevant experience in payments/funds in digital finance products are preferred
- Considerable knowledge of reconciliation, operation functions, systems, policies, and procedures related to digital/bank products
- Background in Reconciliation, Settlement, and Transaction issue management are preferred
- Well-developed customer relations skills
- Preferably with partner relations background
- Familiarity with bank products, processes, and jargon
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Willing to work on special weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
