Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or operations, preferably in co-working spaces, flexible office solutions, or commercial, or property management.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and high performance.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for community-building.
- Data-driven decision-maker with proficiency in performance tracking and reporting tools.
Center Operations
- Oversee and optimize daily operations to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for all members.
- Implement and refine systems, processes, and workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure consistently high standards in cleanliness, maintenance, and service delivery.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively to maintain business continuity.
- Manage and mentor a small, high-performing team focused on service excellence and member satisfaction.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture rooted in accountability and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Drive member acquisition, retention, and engagement to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute local outreach, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
- Analyze KPIs and performance data to identify opportunities and exceed sales targets.
- Develop community engagement initiatives that enhance member satisfaction and loyalty.
