Coordinates various office tasks and functions to ensure operations always run smoothly. Tasks include but are not limited to, Administrative, Operations, and HR functions.

What You’ll Do

  • Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Providing support to the managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing the company’s general administrative activities.
  • Maintain and organize operational documents, records, and files.
  • Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring timely delivery of materials necessary for operations.
  • Input data into relevant systems and databases and generate reports as required.
  • Collaborate with other administrative assistants to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the company.
  • Responsible for clerical and organizational tasks like file organizing, scheduling appointments, assisting other staff members, and drafting correspondence or messages.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior.

An ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or any relevant courses
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of office administration.
  • Excellent organizational skills and can navigate his/her way well in MS Office and other database-generating applications.
  • Assertive, detail-oriented, and with strong analytical skills.
  • Can exercise independence of judgment and autonomy.
  • Strong sense of integrity and accountability
  • Above average communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
