About the Role The Operations and Maintenance Manager is tasked to ensure that all systems under his/her care at all times produce at maximum performance, and that all stakeholders Involved are satisfied with the level of service being provided. The role involves managing and delegating key responsibilities to ensure efficient operations and compliance. Key duties include preparing turnover checklists, managing contracts, documenting assets, overseeing warranties, and monitoring production. The role also requires ensuring safety standards, maintaining profitability, analyzing performance, and driving research and development in solar PV operations and maintenance. Additional responsibilities include ensuring legal and ethical compliance, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and assisting the AVP – Energy Services as needed. Attention to detail, proactive management, and continuous improvement are essential for success in this role.

What We're Looking For...

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer
• At least a total of 3-5 years experience with operations and maintenance
• Can handle many tasks at once and communicate well with top-level executives.
