Overview:
Operations Associate will contribute to supporting Disputes resolution and processing of scheme chargebacks. He/she must be able a fast learner and eager to learn more especially in the field of Scheme chargebacks.
What you will do:
- Disputes & Complaint Resolution
- Analyze and find better ways to defend a case
- Continuous learning of scheme policies and rules.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in handling credit card disputes
- Graduate of any 4-year Business Course
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Access
- Has excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Good analytical skills with high attention to details
