Job Overview

The Operational Risk and ABC Supervisor helps manage the company's risk management and anti-bribery programs. They monitor risk, check compliance, handle documents, and work with different teams to make sure rules are followed.

Your Responsibilities

• Risk Management
• Identify and document operational and ABC risks.
• Help with risk assessments and maintain a risk register.
• Track and support risk mitigation activities.
• ABC (Anti-Bribery & Corruption) Compliance
• Monitor employee and third-party compliance with ABC rules.
• Keep records of attestations and disclosures.
• Ensure the company meets local and international anti-corruption laws.
• Due Diligence on Third Parties
• Conduct basic due diligence checks on vendors using tools (e.g Exiger)
• Manage third-party risk files.
• Flag and escalate any risk findings.
• Training and Awareness
• Coordinate scheduling and tracking of ABC and risk trainings.
• Help prepare and update training materials.
• Monitor training attendance and compliance.
• Reporting and Documentation
• Keep organized records of risk assessments, compliance activities, and due diligence files.
• Draft reports and summaries for management.
• Assist with internal and external reporting needs.
• Incident Management
• Log and escalate any ABC-related concerns.
• Support investigations by gathering needed documents.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Internal and External Coordination
• Act as a link between departments and external partners on risk and compliance matters.
• Support audit preparations and documentation.
• Business Continuity Support
• Help update business continuity plans.
• Assist with organizing simulation drills and maintain crisis documents.
  
  

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance, or related field)
• Certifications in Risk Management or Anti-Bribery & Corruption (e.g., CRM, CRCMP) are a plus but not required.
• At least 3 years in operational risk, compliance, internal audit, or a similar field.
• Experience with ABC compliance or investigations preferred.
• Familiarity with local and international anti-corruption laws (PH, US, UK)
• Good understanding of risk management and controls.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
