Job Description

As anx Operational Insights Analyst - BetMGM you will be responsible for supporting daily reporting requirements for the Operation Teams, gaining deep business understanding, and providing insightful recommendations when developing reports and dashboards.

Reporting to the Operational Insights Analytics you will be part of the Support Services, who identify, automate, and validate the extraction of new metrics from a variety of Customer Operations data sources for analysis and reporting.

What You Will Do

• Analyze trends, conduct root cause analyses, and generate reports and dashboards using raw data to meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain BI reporting tools and dashboards using leading BI applications such as Power BI, SQL clients, database administration tools (e.g., Snowflake, Excel) for data discovery and analytics.
• Support team and centralized reporting systems continuously, identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and eliminate redundancy
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within operations
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Intermediate analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL, Snowflake)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data findings to a non-technical audience.
