Job Responsibilities
- Bank Account Reconciliations, A/R and A/P review and corrections.
- Review of Income Statement for errors and accruals.
- Attend group meetings for department updates.
- Assist in various ah-hoc projects such as entering budgets into the system as needed.
- Respond to emails from community managers regarding accounting and financial statements' questions.
- Employee must have more than 3-5 years' experience in accounting, preferably in property management - HOAs.
- Willing to work onsite and night shift.
