Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and technical support to the Online Marketing Team in acquiring new individual donor segment, ensuring restricted and unrestricted resource generation through new donor/child sponsor acquisition, disaster relief drives, & seasonal giving campaigns in support of the goals and objectives of WVDF with the end view of becoming a highly trusted organization engaging the publics for transformation
Key Responsibilities
Lead Online Marketing team's initiated fundraising activities and participate in Sponsorship campaign includes pre, during, and post-acquisition processes and tasks. Be consulted on the following online marketing activities:
- Paid digital media plan implementation & optimization such as social media advertising, PPC search ads, native advertising, display advertising, Youtube advertising, etc.
- Content Strategy (paid & organic)
- Email marketing
- Lead generation and nurturing
- Review and approval of deliverables
- KPI setting performance accountability, regular performance reviews of direct reports
- Monitor reports, web analytics dashboards, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and other channel metrics for digital marketing channels and helping ensure tracking systems are in place
- Undertaking any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post
- Creatives request, review and approval for online marketing campaigns
- Content ideation, tasks and review outsourced copywriter deliverables
- Regularly attend Corporate and Team devotion and prayer as part of staff spiritual nurturing
- Participate in meetings and events such as team and organizational, as necessary
- Timely submit Performance Agreements that includes Individual Learning and Development Plan and staff spiritual nurture plan, and Annual Performance Reviews
- Support emergency response through fundraising
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Development Communications, Digital Marketing, Advertising or any related Social Science course with equivalent substantial experience in fundraising, basic understanding of marketing principles, mass communications, business writing, economics, financial accounting, public speaking, and organizational management
- At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end Digital Marketing
- Substantial experience in managing a digital marketing team (in-house/agency set-up)
- At least 2 years of experience in leading a team
- Business and marketing communication skills
- Applied knowledge in the following:
- Digital marketing strategy
- Content creation
- Media planning/budgeting
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Email/lifecycle marketing
- Social media management
- On-page and off-page SEO
- Digital ads implementation and optimization
- UX/UI design in websites
- Customer care and support
