As a Claims Adjuster/Onboarding/Client Intake, you will:
- Conduct intake calls with clients to gather necessary information for contract preparation.
- Prepare and send contracts to clients for review and signature.
- Enter client data and update records in the ClaimWizard CRM system.
- Follow up on unsigned contracts via email and phone communication.
- Submit signed contracts to insurance carriers for processing.
- Send welcome letters to clients and relevant parties involved in the claim process.
Non-negotiables
- Experience in the insurance or claims industry (preferred but not required)
- Background in client intake, claims adjustment, and onboarding processes
- Previous experience in a customer service or client communication role
- Proven ability to perform administrative and office support tasks efficiently
- Excellent English Communication Skills is always a big plus.
