Job Summary


 

The Office Administrator will handle the daily operational and administrative tasks in the office, ensuring smooth communication, efficient organization, and proper execution of processes. This role includes tasks such as managing meetings, preparing reports, overseeing office documents, arranging travel, and supporting the team with various clerical duties.


 

Key Responsibilities


 

  • Manage internal and external corporate communication effectively.
  • Schedule, arrange, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
  • Maintain office documents, organize records, and oversee office inventory and supplies.
  • Facilitate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.
  • Prepare professional letters, memos, reports, and take minutes during meetings.
  • Host and welcome visitors, coordinating their needs with relevant personnel.
  • Assist in compliance with company policies regarding safety, IT systems, and operational standards.

Qualifications & Skills


 

  • Degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in office administrative roles with a proven record of delivering high-quality support.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Must be amenable to work onsite in Makati City.
  • Experience communicating and supporting clients from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
