What You'll Do
Establish a network of candidates within one of our construction skill verticals.
Participate in one-on-one mentorship programs for professional development.
Engage in sourcing, screening, and connecting with potential candidates.
Assist in coordinating interviews and managing client relationships.
Provide quality-focused search and selection support to clients on live vacancies.
Support full-lifecycle recruiters on live vacancies.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in US Market recruitment
3+ years of recruiting within Construction, Architecture, Engineering or Contract Furniture industries
Communicative, Engaging and Passionate
Organized with an eye for detail
A customer-centric professional
