Qualifications

  • With at least 1 year experience in industrial clinic
  • Must be a Licensed Nurse
  • Knows IV extraction and Program Planning
  • BOSH Training, Patient Management Training, Completed ISO Awareness Training

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Does Nursing functions like taking Vital Signs, administering injectable medicines, skin testing, and attending to the emergency situations
  • Encodes treatment records of PLDT/Smart/Voyager/PayMaya/Suncellular employees through the HOPS Healthcare Portal
  • Retrieving treatment records of subsidiaries and affiliates seeking consultations and subsequently filing treatment records after each consultation
  • Assisting the Doctors during minor operations and ensures the proper order of the operating room.
  • Does health teachings and instruct patients on the dosage and proper intake of their medication
  • Monitor the health status of the employees assigned in their clinics.
  • Facilitate the Annual Physical Examination of employees assigned in their clinics
  • Records consumed medicines and issued Letter of Authorization and Green prescriptions used.
  • Computes and records sick leaves of all employees who goes on sick leave.
