- Guide users through our website builder while troubleshooting any issues they encounter.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear and effective communication.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and improve customer experiences.
- Bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
- Outstanding written communication abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Experience in customer support or related fields.

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or similar roles.
