Non-Voice- Japanese Web Support Specialist (Full Time/Part Time)

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide application/game support via email to customers
• Perform various back-office duties including but not limited to internet ads management, content management, general data entry, encoding, monitoring and verification
• Track website traffic and performance
• Collaborate closely with team members to accomplish team goals;
• Report and escalate critical issues for prompt resolution
• Seek new learning opportunities, and mentor and inspire others to do the same.
• Accomplish ad hoc tasks as filling out timesheets, reviewing, checklists, submitting progress reports within the acceptable timeline
• End-to-end management of existing paid campaigns of the client-Tracking & Monitoring
• Develop, review and calibrate processes that help standardize and ensure the quality of the team's output

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least JLPT N3 (or better)
• Must possess strong Japanese writing skills (Kanji);
• At least 2-3 years BPO experience with at least 1 year as a team lead;
• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field;
• Excellent verbal and written English skills;
• Must be residing within Metro Manila
