Key Responsibilities
- Embody our brand’s voice and character in every customer interaction, ensuring alignment with Strikingly's tone.
- Create memorable experiences for customers by delivering outstanding service across all communication channels (email, chat, social media).
- Translate our product offerings and all customer communications, including newsletters and lifecycle emails, into Chinese.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of our products and internal software to assist customers effectively.
- Foster a positive and uplifting atmosphere in all customer and team exchanges.
- Professional proficiency in both Chinese and English.
- A strong desire to assist individuals with varying levels of understanding.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning, along with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service within a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Capability to work full-time (40 hours per week) and maintain an effective home office setup.
- A professional level of communication in Chinese and English is essential.
- Experience in customer service roles is highly desirable.
- Technical proficiency with a personal computer that meets specified requirements is necessary.
