Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Slovak Bilingual Non Voice Customer Support professional, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities

  • Radiate our brand’s personality and values in every customer interaction by embodying the Strikingly voice and tone.
  • Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service for both new and existing clients across various channels, including email, chat, and social media.
  • Provide translation services for our product materials and customer communications, such as newsletters and lifecycle emails.
  • Cultivate in-depth knowledge of our products and internal systems to assist customers effectively.
  • Uphold a positive and upbeat atmosphere in all interactions with customers and team members.

Required Skills

  • Proficient communication skills in both Slovak and English at a professional level.
  • Strong enthusiasm for assisting individuals with diverse learning needs.
  • A genuine passion for continuous learning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
  • Experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment.
  • A reliable desktop or laptop with at least 8GB of RAM, running Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6 or higher, and a minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps.

Qualifications

  • Professional-level communication abilities in Slovak and English.
  • A deep-seated desire to help others.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, particularly in a high-energy setting.
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week).
