We are seeking a Bilingual Chinese-English Non-Voice Customer Support agent, also referred to as a Happiness Officer. In this role, you will provide exceptional service through email and live chat interactions, ensuring a positive experience for our users. A passion for helping others and the ability to maintain composure under pressure are essential attributes for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Embody our brand's voice and personality in every customer interaction.
• Create memorable moments for customers through outstanding service across all channels (email, chat, social media).
• Translate product information and customer communications, including newsletters and lifecycle emails, into Chinese.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and internal software to assist customers effectively.
• Foster a positive and cheerful atmosphere in every customer and team interaction.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and English at a professional level.
• A strong desire to assist individuals with varied learning preferences.
• Enthusiasm for learning, coupled with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment.
• Access to a reliable desktop or computer with at least 8GB RAM, Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6, Core i3/AMD Ryzen 3 or higher; and a minimum internet speed of 20Mbps.

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
