We are currently in search of a Bilingual Chinese-English Non-Voice Customer Support Agent, also known as a Happiness Officer, to deliver professional and friendly assistance via email and live-chat channels. This role demands a strong passion for customer service, resilience under pressure, and the ability to help customers with varied needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Embody our brand's persona in every customer interaction by adopting the Strikingly voice and tone.
• Create exceptional customer experiences and memorable WOW moments for both new and existing users across all communication channels (email, chat, social media).
• Translate our product offerings and all customer communications, such as newsletters and lifecycle emails, into Chinese.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our product and internal software to provide effective support to customers.
• Maintain an optimistic and positive demeanor in all customer and team interactions.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and English at a professional level.
• A strong commitment to assisting people with various learning styles.
• A deep enthusiasm for learning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
• Previous experience in a customer service role within a fast-paced environment.
• Technical proficiency with a personal computer (minimum 8GB RAM, Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6, Core i3/AMD Ryzen 3 or higher) and a reliable internet connection of at least 20Mbps.

• Professional-level fluency in both Chinese and English.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn continuously.
