About the Role:

We are seeking a Social Media Virtual Assistant for our client in the self-improvement and coaching industry. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a confident, friendly, and conversational tone. This role requires excellent English skills, reliability, and an intuitive, smart approach to work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop and schedule blogs and social media content that aligns with the brand's tone and engages the audience.
• Partnership Development: Establish and manage partnerships, build affiliate networks, and foster strong connections with potential collaborators.
• Website Management: Update the website regularly, ensuring content accuracy and appeal.
• Shopify Account Setup: Set up a Shopify account and assist with moving the domain.
• Outreach to Podcasts: Reach out to podcast hosts and networks to explore collaboration and partnership opportunities.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Trustworthy and reliable, with a proactive work approach
• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and a quick learner
• Friendly, energetic, and able to convey a confident tone
• Adaptable and coachable, with a strong ability to take feedback and make improvements
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications and Google Workspace tools

• Days: Monday - Friday
• Time: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
