Job Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled QA Manual Tester to join their quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing new features and bug fixes across iOS, Android, and web platforms, ensuring high-quality releases across all systems. You will be involved in the end-to-end testing process, from creating test cases where gaps exist to executing tests and validating that features and fixes perform as expected. This role requires close collaboration with the development team in an Agile environment, where you'll contribute to the overall quality and functionality of complex software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct manual testing of new features and bug fixes across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
• Develop and maintain test cases, identifying and filling gaps as necessary to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to create, refine, and execute test cases in line with Agile principles.
• Utilize the team’s task tracking system, ClickUp, to manage testing tasks and track progress (training on ClickUp will be provided as needed).
• Perform end-to-end testing from initial test cases creation through to execution and validation.
• Liaise with the development team to troubleshoot and clarify issues as required.
• Provide insights on test automation, with experience in Telerik Test Studio or similar tools considered a plus.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and manual testing.
• Strong proficiency in manual testing across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
• Experience creating and executing detailed test cases for complex software applications.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional Agile team.
• Experience with task tracking systems, ideally ClickUp or similar project management tools.
• Familiarity with test automation tools like Telerik Test Studio is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
