We are seeking a motivated NOC Engineer Intern to support our Network Operations Center. You will monitor network systems, assist in troubleshooting network issues, and help maintain network performance. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in network operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Network Monitoring: Monitor network systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Assist in identifying and resolving network issues.
- Incident Management: Log and track network incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
- Maintenance: Assist with routine network maintenance and updates.
- Documentation: Update network diagrams, procedures, and technical documentation.
- Support: Provide support to the NOC team and other IT teams as needed.
- Education: Currently studying or recently graduated in Network Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of network protocols, devices, and monitoring tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team Player: Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience: Previous experience in network monitoring or technical support is a plus.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a bonus.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with network monitoring tools and software.
- Hands-On Experience: Real-world experience in network operations.
