About The Role
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in the vibrant city of Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time position, you will be the voice of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and effective manner
Provide accurate information and support to customers, resolving their issues to their satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
Customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the call centre & customer service industry
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
