In this role, you will play a pivotal part in business expansion by sourcing high-quality materials, building strong supplier relationships, and driving sales growth to align with company objectives.

The New Product Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities in the procurement and sales of raw materials for both food and non-food products. The New Product Manager will play a key role in business expansion, ensuring the sourcing of high-quality materials, establishing relationships with suppliers, and driving sales growth in line with the company's objectives.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Identify and lead initial sales of new food and non-food raw material products.
- Collaborate with Technical to develop product formulations and oversee product specifications.
- Work with the sales team to create go-to-market strategies and support product promotions.
- Track product performance and gather feedback to refine products and strategies.
- Import and sell 1st shipment order of new product for development before transferring the business to sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in food technology, Chemistry or a related field.
- 5+ years in product management or development in the raw materials industry (food and non-food sectors).
- Experience in B2B Sales and product launches.
- Strong knowledge of food and non-food raw materials and their applications.
- Excellent communication and Sales skills for presenting and promoting products.
- Proficient in product management tools and Microsoft Office suit.
- Results- oriented, detail-focused, and a strong collaborator.
- Innovative and customer driven with a passion for developing new products.
