Job Description

The job focuses on maintaining and restoring SKSK sites within SLA timelines, managing resources, coordinating vendors, and overseeing facility operations. Key tasks include resolving incidents, ensuring equipment efficiency, managing costs, maintaining databases, and supporting disaster recovery. It emphasizes operational efficiency, proactive issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.

The role involves ensuring the technical upkeep and operation of SKSK sites, including:

Network Restoration & Maintenance

• Resolve network issues within SLA timelines.
• Conduct root cause analysis and document actions taken.
  
  
  

Equipment & Infrastructure Management

• Monitor and maintain facility equipment, including power, cooling, and site infrastructure.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely repair/return of faulty units.
  
  
  

Technical Assessments

• Perform site gap analysis for upgrades, expansions, or rectifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.
  
  
  

Vendor Oversight

• Supervise vendor activities to ensure adherence to SLAs for equipment and facility maintenance.
  
  
  

Disaster Recovery

• Prepare technical resources and plans for emergencies.
  
  
  

Technical expertise in network systems, infrastructure maintenance, and troubleshooting is critical for this role.
