Summary: You will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot network-related problems, ensuring the smooth operation of network infrastructures, and providing support to enhance the overall performance of applications. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve network issues.
  • Monitor network performance and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation related to network configurations and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to team members on network engineering best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance service delivery.


  • Professional & Technical Skills:


  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Network Engineering.
  • Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Infrastructures, Enterprise Network Operations.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
  • Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based networking solutions and their integration.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize network performance for business applications.


  • Additional Information:


  • Should have minimum 2 years of experience in Network Engineering
  • Selected candidate will be reporting daily onsite at Cybergate, Mandaluyong office on a mid shift schedule
