We are seeking a dynamic Network Administrator to join our team. As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with network administration, troubleshooting, technical support, network security, and network infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including firewalls (SonicWALL, FortiGate), Cisco routers/switches, and managed switches.
• Perform advanced network troubleshooting and root cause analysis for outages or performance issues.
• Monitor and optimize network performance using tools like Nagios, Cacti, SolarWinds, and similar platforms.
• Implement and enforce network security protocols to protect data and systems.
• Design and deploy scalable, secure network architectures based on business needs.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and incidents.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated issues from the IT Support or NOC teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure projects and upgrades.
• Stay up to date with new technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Network Administration, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support skills, skilled in SonicWALL's, FortiGate, CISCO, Managed Switches etc., LAN, WAN.
• Experience in network security and ensuring data protection.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure design and implementation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and knowledge of cloud technologies would be beneficial.
• Require someone with seniority, at least 4-5 years of work experience.
• Candidates with experience in the BPO industry are highly desirable.
• Ideal for candidates with NOC (Network Operations Center) experience, particularly those familiar with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Cacti, SolarWinds, and similar platforms.
