National Sales Head (MSME)

The MSME Sales Head is responsible for the achievement of the Business and Revenue objectives through the execution of the plans and programs across the region. This person is tasked to provide the needed direction and guidance to the regional sales team, promote excellence in execution, operationalize the go-to-market strategies and ensures the implementation of the business model based on defined MAYA Retail and MSME Standards.

What you will do:

• Achievement of Sales Targets: Business and Revenue
• Creation and execution of sales strategies in alignment with the Business Unit goals
• Lead the Regional Sales Operations
• Building and Implementing Sales Execution Pillars to support the achievement of revenue and business targets
• Scorecard Monitoring and Building Sales Programs to address the current business and operational gaps
• Evaluation and Execution of Sales Standards based on the signed agreement with the trade partners
• Do actual trade checks and field validation to identify business gaps and create sales action points to address
• Build a strong business and working relationship with the Trade Partners

What you need to succeed:

• Graduate of Business Management, Economics, Banking & Finance, Management Engineering or any other related field
• With proven track record of managing a winning sales team
• Preferably with extensive experience in Micro/SME financing, M/SME Commercial banking, Sales & Distribution, financial services or similar category
• Highly-driven
• Results-oriented
