In this capacity, you will provide support to sales representatives (LBPs) and Direct Sales or Area Profit Centers (APCs) for customer complaints, field failures, and quality issues (warranty, goodwill, and post-warranty goodwill claim).

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- To monitor incoming emails in the common mailbox or auto-notifications from the business system per world area coverage as required.
- To log support requests (SR) in business systems; acknowledge customer complaints in email and provide the customer with SR number; and monitor the progress of all transactions.
- To review the raised non-conformance to identify process owners and other related and/or impacted processes.
You are customer-focused and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You can proficiently communicate ideas and influence both internal and external customers. You're interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the role.
- 1 year of work experience in customer service and customer complaint handling.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Knowledge in handling warranties and guarantees.
