We are looking for a talented individual to join our National Key Accounts Group.
As National Key Accounts Executive, you will support the development of assigned accounts to be in a sustainable and competitive advantage versus competition by ensuring perfect stores executions in all stores.
Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts to drive sales growth and achieve volume targets.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategies tailored to each key account, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and potential challenges, formulating proactive action plans.
Sales Execution: Ensure the effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and merchandising activities, to enhance product visibility and availability.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess account performance through sales data analysis, preparing reports, and presenting insights to senior management.

Who We’re Looking For
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in any business related course.
- Experience in key account management within the FMCG sector is a plus.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling.
- You must be amenable to doing regular fieldwork, you have a valid driver’s license, and can drive in manual transmission.
- You must be amenable to be assigned in Taguig, with Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am to 5:30pm work schedule.
