The Claims Data Associate will specialize in investigating claims as a result of a financial loss in using Amadeus, ensuring the accuracy of claims processing, and delivering actionable insights to improve decision-making. This role sometimes involves working closely with internal or external stakeholders to provide expertise in resolving claims issues while adhering to industry and organizational standards.

Purpose Of This Role
The Claims Data Associate will specialize in investigating claims as a result of a financial loss in using Amadeus, ensuring the accuracy of claims processing, and delivering actionable insights to improve decision-making. This role sometimes involves working closely with internal or external stakeholders to provide expertise in resolving claims issues while adhering to industry and organizational standards.
Accountabilities
Claims Investigation
- Become an expert on the area of (ATC/NPC/PRI) product to provide resolution and/or recommendations on claim cases received and escalated by Amadeus Customers.
- Provide Investigation, Quality Analysis , Quality Checks on claim records escalated by Amadeus customers.
- Observe compliance of processes and procedures necessary to achieve operational targets.
- Provide Investigation, Quality Analysis , Quality Checks on claim records escalated by Amadeus customers.
- Collaborate with customers, claims payment, and operations teams to understand business requirements.
- Provide recommendations for process optimization and adjustments.
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Minimum 1 - 3 years in the Customer Services area or 3 years airline/ travel agency experience
- Working knowledge in claims processing and investigation in the travel/airline industry, reissuance and refunds of tickets, pricing etc.
- Understanding of airline industry, agency environment and ticketing.
- Knowledgeable on GDS and Amadeus Ticket Changer
- Good analytical, problem solving, project management
- Amenable to work in BGC Taguig, Hybrid Work Setup (2-3 days/week onsite)
