Your Role

As a Multimedia Designer, you will

• Design Preparation: Use new briefs to set up design templated files with new content and photography with precision and attention to detail.
• All new projects are prepared in a timely manner and accurate to the supplied brief and align with design templates.
• 6+ briefs per week.
• Applying Feedback and Exporting: Make text and image changes based on feedback from the team. Exporting designs once finished across print and digital outputs.
• All feedback and exports are completed in a timely manner and accurately executed.
• Create AI backgrounds for product photography.
• Using helpful AI prompts to create realistic outputs.
• Support and work seamlessly with designers.
• Engage in clear communication with designers, keeping the team up to date with workflow statuses.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a multimedia or graphic design role.
• Demonstrated experience using Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience in producing videos for social and web (e.g., editing, subtitling, basic animation).
• Strong grasp of visual design principles—colour, typography, layout.
• Ability to interpret briefs and create engaging content across formats.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and timelines.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic web content principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional team environment.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web optimisation techniques.
• Podcast editing or audio production experience.
• Experience with Canva or other quick-turn design tools.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and performance-based design thinking
