The primary role is to assist Lawyers under the Litigation Division in handling cases filed by or against HC Consumer Finance Philippines, Inc. (HCPH) in the Courts or Quasi-Judicial Bodies as directed by the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and the Sr. Litigation Lawyer and to provide services allied thereto.

What You’ll Do
- Monitoring of the progress of cases including following up with the court or Quasi-Judicial Agency
- Attending meetings and hearings (in cases permitted by the relevant Rules, Policies and Practices)
- Filing and Service of Pleadings and other allied documents
- Organizing and Updating the case files
- Drafting simple pleadings, letters, documents, needed by Litigation Lawyers.
- Maintain good business relationship with other departments by rendering appropriate assistance.
- Comply with the Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and other Company Policies and Regulations.
- Other tasks which may be delegated by the Immediate Supervisor the Head of the Litigation Division and the Head of the Department relative to the foregoing.
- Amenable travelling nationwide
- 1 to 2 years experience as a Paralegal;
- Good written and oral communication skills;
- Pleading writing skills;
- Good legal research skills;
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Familiar with the locations of the Courts and Quasi-Judicial Bodies
