We are seeking a Junior Multimedia Artist who has a keen eye for creativity, storytelling, and technical skills in both short and long-format video content. The ideal candidate will work closely with our creative team to produce high-quality visuals that bring concepts to life for brands, events, and digital platforms.
Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content (short-form and long-form).
Collaborate with the creative team to develop fresh ideas for social media, campaigns, and studio projects.
Handle video production from pre-production to post-production (basic lighting, framing, sound setup).
Create multimedia assets such as graphics, motion elements, and simple animations when needed.
Ensure consistency in branding and storytelling across all outputs.
Stay updated on content creation trends, editing techniques, and emerging tools.
Bachelors degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
Basic knowledge of graphic design and motion graphics (Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Experience in video shooting (camera handling, composition, lighting).
Ability to edit for different platforms (social media reels, YouTube videos, corporate content).
Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail.
Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to different project styles.
Team player with creativity, initiative, and willingness to learn.
Nice To Have (but Not Required)
Knowledge in color grading and sound design.
Experience in live events or studio setups.
Familiarity with content marketing and social media trends.
