For our Creatives Team in Manila we need a Multimedia Artist.

Job Description

The Multimedia Artist will be a key member of the Creatives team and is expected to deliver high quality and on brand marketing assets. He/She will be responsible in handling different admin functions to sustain internal brand libraries such as the communications toolbox, including AFRY image & video vault and the icons library.

The role is also responsible for identification, modification and compilation of visuals downloaded from the company gettyimages account, and support in publishing videos on the AFRY YouTube account.

As a multimedia artist working in a global support service unit, designing marketing assets such as business infographics, flyers, ads, brochures, promotional videos, booth stands and sales decks are part of the day-to-day deliveries and expectations. These assets shall be aligned with the company branding and creative vision of both the team manager alongside the partners/stakeholders of AFRY.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with manager and team members to understand project requirements and marketing goals
• Ensure all creative deliverables are completed within set timelines, managing resources effectively to meet deadlines
• Maintain brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and technologies into creative projects
• Assist in compilation and distribution of files from different creative libraries for use by creatives team and select groups producing marketing materials

• Bachelor's/College Degree

Requirements

• An online portfolio is required to showcase the work before being considered for interview. Please indicate the link on your resume
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, Multimedia, design related courses
• With atleast 4 years of multimedia arts work experience
• Advance to expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite particularly in using Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects
• Have knowledge or experience in using the Canva tool
• Needs minimum supervision to execute design solutions that satisfy the project objectives while adhering to brand standards
