MRO Trainee/Student (H/F) - AIRBUS HELICOPTERS PHILIPPINES INC.

Job Description: Duties and Responsibilities:General support and assistance for maintenance Engineers / Senior/ Supervisor/ Management staff for aircraft maintenance and servicing, basic or elementary maintenance activities, as necessary and as applicable.

• Ensure A&P/Avionics Engineers or A&P/Avionics Senior Engineers should be physically present prior commencing each specific task to ensure safety and quality of work.
• Should not commence work unsupervised at any circumstances thus presence of mind, practically, common sense is encouraged.
• Scheduled/Unscheduled maintenance and servicing of Aircraft’s Airframe, Powerplant systems and related components as required and in reference to applicable and current Aircraft’s maintenance manuals/ technical references.
• Tear Down, Testing, Inspections, Troubleshooting, Repair and Modification (as applicable) Airframe, Powerplant and associated system/components i.a.w. the approved /current/applicable Aircraft OEM maintenance manual/technical references..
• Delegated basic/elementary maintenance tasks are completed in an efficient and cost effective manner, thus this should not compromise quality and safety standards.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the immediate head as reasonable and practical in line with general scope or level of his/her skills and expertise, in addition to work related inherent administrative matters.

Professional Skills:

• At least in his/her last/final year level in collegiate academe, as such OJT is required for such requisites i.e. BS Degree completion and other relevance requisites in nature.
• Preferably completed / recently graduated , Bachelor of Science, 4 years Degree Course in Engineering Aviation/Aerospace, specializing Airframe and Powerplant or Aviation Electronics/Electrical and Radio/Communication and related Aviation trades)
• Preferably has completed thesis/dissertation/practicum/internship as required by academe with relevance in Aviation industry.
• Computer Literacy for up to date special applications softwares and microsoft , other operating systems as required and currently in use in the Aviation industry.
