- Quality check of downloaded information in database.
- Receive documentation via email/fax and attach to correct test.
- Perform other duties and related functions as needed or assigned
- Minimum 1-2 years customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of MS Office (word, excel) with 10-key and typing skills of 40 wpm; Strong data entry skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent customer service skills; Strong phone etiquette and professionalism
- Quick learner, self-motivated and ability to work independently to meet deadlines
- Ability to listen to team members' feedback and self-correct/adjust as necessary
- Positive and friendly attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- Expected to be at work on time and on days scheduled
