- Coordinates with other disciplines (Structural, Architectural, and Electrical) and supervise implementation of Mechanical, Plumbing/Sanitary, and Fire Protection (MPF) works on site based on approved plans and specifications
- Reviews and evaluates construction plans, approved specifications, requests for approval, and requests for clarification
- Coordinates with MPF consultants for clarifications or queries
- Coordinates with general contractor's MPF
Qualification
- Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer
-Must have at least 3 years experience in MPF/MEPFS works in either residential, commercial, or mixed-used development
