MIS Executive - L2

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to provide timely, accurate and quality MIS reports, dashboards to the external & internal stakeholders of account(s) as per the defined process and standards of security and compliance

Qualifications

• At least 2nd year completed in college/Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in MIS experience.
• Good knowledge MS Office (primarily excel).
• Should knowledge of real-time - Experience with call center reporting and metrics.
• Good Interpersonal & people management skills with Good problem solving approach.
• Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers.
• Ability to exercise managerial judgment and perform as a mentor.
• Knowledge of Voice reporting systems(BPO industry) will be an added advantage
