Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing software development projects and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Your typical day will involve leading a team, coordinating project activities, and providing technical guidance and support. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead and manage software development projects. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Identify and address technical challenges and risks proactively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate For Desktop - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in leading and managing software development projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and propose innovative solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Automate For Desktop. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
