Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in providing ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting issues, implementing technology solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of various services across different platforms, both remotely and onsite. You will collaborate with team members to address challenges and contribute to the overall efficiency of the IT operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the troubleshooting of hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain technology solutions. - Document technical processes and solutions for future reference and training purposes. - Provide training and support to end-users on software and hardware usage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Application Packaging. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop Management, Microsoft PowerShell. - Strong understanding of software distribution tools and their implementation. - Experience with Windows Registry, Group Policy, and Active Directory. - Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Application Packaging. - This position is based at our Manila office. - Experience with Windows Registry, Group Policy, and Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and software distribution tools like SCCM & Intune. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
