About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Messenger/Utility to join our growing team at A Brown Company, Inc. in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting our operations.

What you'll be doing

Delivering and collecting items, documents, and packages between different locations in a timely and efficient manner
Assisting with general office duties such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents
Providing support to the Cleaning Services team as needed, including light cleaning, restocking supplies, and equipment maintenance
Ensuring the proper handling, storage, and security of all items and documents
Maintaining a neat and organised work environment
Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

What we're looking for

Experience in a similar messenger or utility role
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various team members
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using email and office productivity software
A valid driver's licence and the ability to operate a vehicle safely
