This role is key to ensuring a smooth, compliant, and efficient onboarding journey for our merchantshelping them succeed on the Paynamics platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage the entire merchant onboarding journey from lead to go-live.
- Guide merchants and Sales Relationship Managers through the onboarding process.
- Support technical setup of merchants and payment channels.
- Collect and verify documents to meet KYC/KYB and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Integration, Compliance, and Support teams to deliver a seamless experience.
- Monitor merchant activity to prevent churn and enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and suggest service improvements.
- Support ad-hoc business initiatives and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in KYC/KYB, compliance, or merchant onboarding (financial services preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems and onboarding tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
