In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to produce detailed MEPF models and drawings to meet client specifications and project briefs.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines in an integrated design environment.
- Manage drafting processes and modelling data independently.
- Deliver high-quality technical designs across all project stages and support BIM workflow requirements.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience, with a focus on Mechanical modelling and knowledge of Electrical, Fire, and Plumbing disciplines.
- Strong understanding of building services drawing requirements.
- Proficient in Revit and model management; experience with BIM360.
- Effective communicator and team player, able to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
