In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to the company's medical and pharmaceutical operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for medical devices and equipment used by the company
- Conducting regular maintenance and calibration of medical equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Assisting with the implementation and testing of new medical technologies and products
- Collaborating with the medical and pharmaceutical teams to identify and address technical issues
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all technical activities
- Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Ensuring strict adherence to all relevant safety and regulatory standards
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in a medical, pharmaceutical or engineering discipline
- A minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a similar medical technology role
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
- Up-to-date knowledge of medical equipment, devices and technologies
- Demonstrable understanding of industry regulations and safety standards
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
