- Leverage automation, AI, and Zapier to improve efficiency in recruitment workflows.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify potential hires.
- Manage recruitment for large hospitals, ensuring staffing needs are met efficiently.
- Utilize Instagram, email marketing, and other sourcing techniques to attract talent.
- Maintain compliance with hiring policies and best practices.
