Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls to generate leads and schedule meetings.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers (hiring managers) at target companies.
- Craft personalized messages and follow-ups to build relationships and drive interest.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining fit for our services.
- Pulling leads from Indeed Job Postings.
- Schedule appointments/meetings for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and prospect data.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly outreach, meeting-setting, and lead generation targets.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role in B2B.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, cold calling, and appointment setting.
- Comfortable handling objections and rejection while maintaining professionalism.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Tracker) and sales automation software is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills to coordinate and schedule meetings effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
